MR. BILLY MARK ROGERS, age 52, of Eastman, GA, died Sunday, August 1, 2021, at his residence, as the result of a massive brain stroke on July 1, 2017. He was in the hospital for three months and then came home to live with his mother, along with the care of Hospice Care Options.
